The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitoring costs and revenue, and supporting pricing and profitability decisions for domestic and international delivery services. The role will manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with auditors and banks, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and help improve internal controls and financial processes. The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and guide the finance team in meeting organizational goals.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Candidates should possess robust accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and familiarity with accounting standards.Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.Candidates should possess proficiency with finance and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.Candidates should possess capabilities in compliance and risk management, including knowledge of taxation, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities, with experience guiding and developing finance staff.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or distribution sectors, and familiarity with multi-location or international operations, will be an advantage.
