Finance Manager

Aseel Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, lead financial planning, and actively support the financing of its real estate development and investment projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations, accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.Identify and secure funding opportunities for the company's real estate development and investment projects.Proactively approach banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and other financing entities to obtain project financing and credit facilities.Prepare financing proposals, financial models, cash flow projections, and supporting documentation required by lenders.Negotiate financing terms, coordinate approvals, and manage the funding process through to financial closure.Assess and oversee financial feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project profitability analyses.Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and funding partners.Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA requirements, and applicable Saudi financial regulations.Establish financial controls and provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.Lead and supervise the finance and accounting function.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including finance management responsibilities.Strong experience in corporate financing, project financing, and securing funding from financial institutions.Experience in real estate development, investment, or a related sector is strongly preferred.Proven ability to prepare financial models, evaluate feasibility studies, and negotiate financing arrangements.Established relationships with banks and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia are highly desirable.Knowledge of IFRS, Saudi financial regulations, and ZATCA requirements.CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage.Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn or send your CV to hr@aseel-holding.com with subject 'Finance Manager'
