Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a manpower supply and outsourcing company. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables.Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support business operations.Monitor client invoicing, collections, outstanding payments, and contract profitability.Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses.Implement financial controls, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience in a managerial rolePrevious experience in a manpower supply, staffing, or outsourcing company is essentialProven experience managing payroll, cash flow, client billing, and financial reporting
