The Finance Manager leads the Finance Department, driving financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. The role oversees cash flow and financial risk, manages relationships with banks and auditors, and provides financial leadership across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processOversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsMonitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial risk across the businessPartner with senior leadership/ownership on strategic and investment decisionsEnsure full compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirementsManage relationships with banks, external auditors, and financial institutionsProvide leadership and oversight to the Chief Accountant, Accounts Payable, and Procurement functionsDrive process improvement, cost optimization, and financial control initiativesPresent financial performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and ownershipQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required); Master's degree an advantageMBA / CA / ACCA / CFA / CMA (preferred)Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED6-8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership / managerial role.
