Finance Manager/Executive

We’re Hiring | Finance & Accounts Executive > who can take up Manager role in a startup📍 Mumbai , Colaba area. Work from office We’re looking for a hands-on finance professional who can independently manage accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance and audits in a fast-paced startup environment.What you’ll own:🔹 Day-to-day accounting, general ledger, AP/AR and bank reconciliations🔹 Month-end and year-end closures🔹 Financial reports, schedules and management reporting🔹 GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances🔹 Coordination of statutory, internal and tax audits🔹 Finance SOPs, internal controls and audit documentation🔹 Accounting operations on Zoho Books🔹 Process improvement, automation and data accuracy🔹 Coordination with banks, vendors, auditors and internal teamsWhat we’re looking for:✅ CA, B.Com or BBA✅ 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience✅ Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting✅ Hands-on experience with Zoho Books✅ Working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and audits✅ Strong ownership, analytical ability and attention to detail✅ Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environmentBudget upto INR 12-13 Lc
