Finance Manager (F&B)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.An established multi-unit retail & food business in the MENA region is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead regional financial operations and partner closely with senior leadership.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and who can turn numbers into insights that drive business performance.What You’ll DoLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the MENA regionDeliver insightful management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysisPartner with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational decision-makingDrive cash flow, cost optimisation, and working capital initiativesOversee audits, compliance, and financial governance across multiple entitiesLead, mentor, and develop a regional finance teamWhat We’re Looking For12+ years of finance experience, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi-site operationsProven leadership experience managing finance teams and working with executive managementStrong commercial acumen with hands-on financial planning and analysis expertiseProfessional qualifications (CA / ACCA /CPA) and/or MBA in Finance preferredExperience operating across multiple countries within MENAWhy This RoleSenior visibility with direct exposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to influence business strategy and regional growthStable organisation with an ambitious expansion agenda
