Finance Manager - Facility Management Experience

We’re hiring: Finance Manager, Facility Management We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial side of our facility management operations.What you’ll doOwn budgeting, forecasting and cost control across FM contracts and sitesTrack contract profitability, including service-level costs, subcontractors and maintenance spendLead monthly closing, management reporting and variance analysisPartner with operations on pricing, tenders and the commercial terms of contractsEnsure compliance with ZATCA, VAT and IFRS requirementsWhat you bringFacility management industry experience is a must12 + years in finance, with at least 5 years in a manager roleBachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA or SOCPA preferredStrong ERP and Excel skills, plus a sharp eye for cost drivers in service contractsClear communication in Arabic and English
