This combination gives the organisation the agility of a young, purpose-driven brand along with the stability, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain strength of a mature industry player.Finance Team StructureThe Finance function is structured across three levels, working together to ensure strong accounting controls, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and effective working capital management across EBO, MBO, and online channels:•     Finance Manager – owns end-to-end finance operations and team supervision.•     Finance Executive – manages day-to-day accounting, AP/AR/Treasury operations, and statutory compliance.•     MIS & Finance Executive – owns monthly closure, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.1. Finance ManagerRole OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring strong accounting controls, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and effective working capital management across EBO, MBO, and online channels.Key Responsibilities•     Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchases, expenses, provisions, and accruals.•     Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closure.•     Maintain proper books of accounts in line with accounting standards.•     Monitor billing, collections, and reconciliation for EBO, MBO, and online channels.•     Review accounts reconciliation with MBO partners, distributors, and marketplaces.•     Review discounts, schemes, and credit notes in coordination with sales teams.•     Supervise vendor payments and ensure adherence to credit terms and approval matrix.•     Review vendor reconciliations and resolve differences.•     Ensure proper documentation and approvals before releasing payments.•     Monitor advances to vendors and ensure timely adjustment.•     Manage daily cash flow, fund planning, and bank balances.•     Oversee banking transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.•     Monitor working capital and support management with cash flow forecasts.•     Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.•     Coordinate with consultants and auditors for returns, audits, and assessments.•     Ensure timely filing of returns and closure of audit points.•     Support in monthly MIS, financial statements, and variance analysis.•     Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.Candidate Profile•     B.Com/M.Com, CA is must.•     3–5 years of relevant experience post qualification, preferably in retail / apparel.•     Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and working capital.•     Good Excel and ERP/accounting system skills.•     Experience managing a finance team.•     Local candidates based in Bangalore are highly preferred.•     Candidates with prior experience in Retail or a similar industry (Apparel, E-commerce, Consumer Products) will be given preference.2. Finance ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Finance Executive will support the management of day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely processing of transactions, proper documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves handling assigned responsibilities in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Treasury.Key Responsibilities•     Process and record vendor invoices, expense bookings, sales, collections, and accounting entries in ERP.•     Perform vendor, customer, bank, E-commerce, MBO, EBO, and other reconciliation activities.•     Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including payment scheduling, collection tracking, and ageing follow-up.•     Prepare monthly MBO/Ecom settlement file.•     Track debtors and follow up for collection; monitor debtor ageing.•     Handle statutory compliance activities including E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.•     Maintain vendor master data, job work records, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.•     Prepare monthly provisions, support period-end closure, and ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes.•     Generate cash flow reports, ageing reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.Candidate Profile•     Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or MBA (Finance).•     2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.•     Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.•     Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.•     Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.•     Good attention to detail and accuracy.•     Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers.•     Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.•     Local candidates based in Bangalore are highly preferred.•     Candidates with prior experience in Retail or a similar industry (Apparel, E-commerce, Consumer Products) will be given preference.3. MIS & Finance ExecutiveRole OverviewThe MIS & Finance Executive will be responsible for monthly financial closure, MIS preparation, and business performance analysis. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate closure of books, validating financial data across business channels, preparing management reports, and providing insights to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities•     Perform monthly book closure activities for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Fixed Assets, including cost centre review.•     Ensure timely and accurate completion of period-end accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial closures.•     Prepare and validate business and financial data for MIS reporting across MBO, EBO, E-commerce, and other channels up to COGS level.•     Prepare periodic MIS reports covering sales, margins, expenses, profitability, working capital, and key business metrics.•     Analyse financial and operational performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management.•     Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.•     Support management reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis requirements.Candidate Profile•     CA Intermediate / CMA qualified (Articleship completed preferred). Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting will be an added advantage.•     2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and month-end closure activities.•     Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cost centre accounting.•     Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.•     Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.•     Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.•     Local candidates based in Bangalore are highly preferred.•     Candidates with prior experience in Retail or a similar industry (Apparel, E-commerce, Consumer Products) will be given preference.
