Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established and diversified UAE-based group. This is a senior, commercially focused role for a finance professional who can partner closely with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen governance across multiple business entities.Key Responsibilities:Partner closely with the Group CFO and senior leadership on strategic, financial, commercial and governance matters.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term business-planning processes across group entities.Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated reporting, executive dashboards and board-level presentations.Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, improvement opportunities and corrective actions.Develop financial models, feasibility studies, scenario analysis and investment appraisals for key business decisions.Oversee group cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital, collections and payment cycles.Support banking, funding, investment and shareholder-related financial decisions.Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, delegation-of-authority processes and approval frameworks.Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing and other applicable financial requirements.Coordinate external audits, tax filings and responses to auditor or regulatory queries.Review contracts, pricing proposals, investments, partnerships and expansion plans from a financial and risk perspective.Drive improvements across ERP systems, reporting tools, financial processes, data quality and automation.Lead, mentor and develop finance teams across the Group.Requirements:Chartered qualification is mandatory: CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership role.Proven experience working closely with a CFO, CEO, board, shareholders or business owners.Strong exposure to multi-entity, diversified or group-level operations.Hands-on experience across financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit, taxation, internal controls and commercial finance.Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and investment appraisal.Practical UAE/GCC experience, including UAE Corporate Tax and VAT knowledge, is highly preferred.Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to ERP systems, business-intelligence tools and finance automation.Strong commercial acumen and confidence to independently challenge assumptions and business decisions.Excellent English & Hindi communication and board-level presentation skills.If you are a strategic finance leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing group, we would love to hear from you.
