Finance Manager- Immediate Hiring

We are a diversified business group operating across multiple business sectors and are looking for a highly competent and hands-on Finance Manager to join our team at Group level.We are looking for someone who is strong in financial reporting, advanced Excel, financial analysis, tax and management reporting, with the ability to work independently and oversee finance across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee finance functions across multiple group entities.* Prepare accurate and detailed financial and management reports.* Analyse business performance, budgets, forecasts and variances.* Prepare and maintain advanced Excel reports and financial models.* Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables and overall financial performance.* Consolidate financial information across different businesses.* Oversee VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.* Ensure proper tax records, reconciliations and supporting documentation are maintained.* Provide financial analysis and insights to management.* Ensure accuracy, controls and compliance across finance operations.* Work hands-on with the finance team and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Professional qualification mandatory– ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent.* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience* Strong hands-on accounting and financial management experience.* Excellent Excel, reporting and analytical skills* Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax* Proven experience overseeing the preparation and filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns* Experience managing finances across multiple entities is preferred.* Experience in Real Estate and/or Consulting is highly preferred.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Immediate joining preferred.
