Finance Manager (Oasis Malls)

Oasis Malls is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business partnering activities across our mall operations in the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, provide commercial insights, support investment decisions, and strengthen governance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly financial reporting, P&L analysis, and management reporting across multiple countries.Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvement initiatives.Drive tenant profitability analysis, commercial reviews, and financial evaluation of proposals.Partner with Operations, Country Finance, and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.Support executive and board-level reporting through insightful financial analysis.Ideal Candidate Profile✅ Chartered Accountant (CA)✅ 7-10 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Controlling✅ Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting✅ Experience working with multi-country operations and senior stakeholders✅ Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills✅ Retail, real estate, malls, property, hospitality, or consumer sector experience will be advantageousIf you're passionate about combining finance expertise with business impact and strategic leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
