Role: Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead
Location: Dubai, UAEReporting: CFOExperience: Minimum 7+ YearsSalary: Up to AED 25,000We’re looking for a Finance + Oracle Fusion professional who can bridge the gap between Finance, ERP and Operations and take ownership of Oracle Fusion Finance.This role is specifically suited to professionals with:Hands-on Finance / Accounting experienceStrong practical experience with Oracle Fusion FinanceExperience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or project-based environments7+ years of relevant Finance / ERP / Finance Systems experienceExperience with Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or post-implementation supportStrong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Subledger AccountingWhat you’ll be driving:Oracle Fusion Finance ownership & optimizationP2P, O2C & R2R process integrationManufacturing, Procurement, Inventory & Project Finance integrationProduct costing, inventory valuation, WIP & COGSFinancial & operational reportingProcess automation and business-process improvementData governance, controls, audit & complianceOracle Fusion enhancements, UAT and implementation projectsStakeholder & vendor managementCA / ACCA / CMA / CPA and Oracle Fusion certification would be advantageous.Important: This is not a pure IT/technical Oracle role.
A strong Finance/Accounting foundation combined with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience is essential.
