Through its projects, the company aims to support the growth of the hospitality and tourism sectors in Saudi Arabia while creating sustainable value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.Role Description The Finance Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality | Saudi National will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company’s real estate and hospitality portfolio in the Riyadh Region. This full-time, on-site role includes managing financial reporting, monitoring cash flow, and analyzing project and property performance to support informed investment and operational decisions. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, including hotel operators and investors, to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The Finance Manager will review contracts, assess financial risks, support financing arrangements, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role also includes preparing management reports, recommending cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning for new and existing projects.Qualifications Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate and hospitality projects.Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance evaluation of properties and investments.Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.Ability to coordinate with hotel management companies, investors, and internal teams, and to review and interpret financial clauses in contracts.Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.Relevant experience in real estate development, hospitality, or tourism-related finance within Saudi Arabia.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and high integrity.Effective communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Saudi National, with the ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate in a dynamic
