The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The role includes managing cash flow, monitoring investment performance, preparing financial models for property acquisitions and disposals, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, while ensuring compliance with local financial and real estate regulations. The person in this role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, using Russian and English in daily communication with investors, partners, and stakeholders.Qualifications Strong finance and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management.Experience in real estate finance or investment, including property valuation, portfolio analysis, and transaction support.Proficiency in Russian and English, with the ability to prepare and present financial information clearly in both languages.Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.Knowledge of local financial regulations and real estate market practices in Dubai or the wider UAE region.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage
