The company plays an active role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s evolving mobility and energy landscape.About roleThis is a key finance leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and partnering closely with senior management to drive financial performance, liquidity optimization, commercial decision-making, and strong financial governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year financial modelling.Develop executive management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.Oversee treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships.Develop rolling cash-flow forecasts to optimize working capital and capital requirements.Lead commercial finance and investment evaluation, including DCF, IRR, and Payback analysis.Evaluate new retail site acquisitions, CAPEX projects, and commercial opportunities.Oversee month-end closing, journal approvals, and balance-sheet reconciliations.Analyze site-level P&L and unit economics across fuel and non-fuel revenue streams.Partner with operations to identify opportunities to improve margins, cost structures, and profitability.Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and support statutory reporting requirements.Qualifications

• 6 – 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, CIMA, or ACA
• Experience in retail, fuel retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or multi-site environments
• Strong financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, and ERP skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
