Job Title: Finance Manager (Emiratization)Location: Dubai, UAEWe’re working with a premier organization in Dubai that is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong accounting background to take on a key role within an established and dynamic organization.The role would suit an existing Finance Manager or a strong Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. Experience within real estate, property, or development would be particularly advantageous.To comply with the United Arab Emirates’ Emiratisation requirements, our client is prioritizing UAE Nationals with a Family Book for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Financial ReportingOversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of financial recordsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsEnsure financial reporting is completed accurately and within required deadlinesMaintain compliance with IFRS, accounting standards, and internal financial policiesSupport month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial controlsFinancial Management and ControlsMonitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cash flowIdentify variances and provide clear financial analysis to support business decision-makingMaintain and strengthen internal controls, processes, and accounting proceduresCoordinate with internal and external auditors and support the annual audit processEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory, tax, and reporting requirementsBusiness PartnershipWork closely with senior management and other departments to provide financial insight and supportAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning activitiesProvide accurate financial information and analysis to support strategic and operational decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and overall efficiencyQualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience within finance or accountingStrong accounting background with hands-on financial reporting experienceExisting Finance Managers and experienced Senior Accountants ready to progress into a management role will be consideredExperience within real estate, property development, or a related sector would be highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related disciplineProfessional accounting qualifications would be advantageousStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principlesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsIdeally currently based in Dubai or within a reasonable commuting distanceIf you’re looking to take the next step in your finance career and join a dynamic organization where you can build on your accounting expertise while taking on broader financial responsibility, apply now to be considered.
