Finance Manager (UK Experience is a Must)

We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.Role OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic UAE-based Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide the financial insight needed to support our growth, including our online pharmacy and telehealth services. You'll own budgeting, reporting and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance across the multiple markets we operate in. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance hands-on financial control with big-picture business partnering.RequirementsResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow and reconciliation of online sales and payment platformsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidationLead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across departmentsMonitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadershipEnsure compliance with UK financial and tax requirements (HMRC, VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Companies House), UAE Corporate Tax and VAT (Federal Tax Authority), and tax and audit requirements in the other markets we operate inManage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory bodiesOversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure healthy working capital managementSupport commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract termsImplement and maintain robust financial controls, processes and systemsProvide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including new market entry and partnership evaluationRequirements5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, e-commerce or professional services industriesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is preferredProven UK finance experience is essential, including UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC, VAT and Corporation Tax compliance; knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT is a plusProven experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial controls in a growing organisationAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or similar)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insightsExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governanceEffective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations and leadership teamsHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial informationBenefitsAt SIBIE Ltd, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
