Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable , and General LedgerAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and preparing financial schedules.Process employee expense claims, manage vendor payments, and monitor daily cash flow.Assist in the preparation of management reports and coordinate with external auditors, tax representatives, and company secretary to ensure statutory compliance.Support the setup, improvement, and automation of internal accounting processes and cloud-based software Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support as needed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.3 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with an audit background or prior experience handling a full set of accounts in an SME/startup are highly preferred.Strong tech-savviness; proficient in MS Excel and experienced with cloud accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).A true "startup mindset": self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done in an unstructured environment.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
