The firm is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is dedicated to eliminating vulnerabilities in critical decision processes under regulatory or judicial scrutiny.Job SummaryThe Finance and Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and financial analysis, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and providing financial insights to support management decisions. The role also provides administrative and operational support to management as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceManage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.Record and process financial transactions, journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.Maintain the general ledger and support month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting records.Ensure compliance with IFRS, company financial policies, and applicable regulations.Prepare VAT, ZATCA, and other statutory filings.Coordinate with external auditors and provide all required financial documentation.Financial Planning & AnalysisAnalyze financial performance, profitability, revenue, expenses, and cash flow.Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor budget performance and perform variance analysis.Develop financial models, KPIs, and management dashboards.Prepare financial reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Support business planning, investment evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, FP&A, or equivalent) is an advantage.Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.Experience with ERP/accounting software.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT/ZATCA regulations, and financial reporting.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred.
