Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:Process payments for warehouse fees and other operational site expenses.Receive and verify payments for customs duties, taxes, and warehouse charges from customers.Manage, disburse, and reconcile daily petty cash for site operations.Extract and pull out data billing console for CN, PIB, and PIBK customs clearance processes.Monitor SF account transactions, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).Maintain accurate daily financial records and documentation for reporting purposes.Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum one to two years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or logistics finance.Familiarity with customs clearance billing processes, including CN, PIB, and PIBK workflows.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data extraction, reconciliation, and financial reporting.High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good organizational skills.Willing to be located in Tangerang, Banten (near Soekarno-Hatta Airport)Willing to work six days (Saturday Half Day) a week.
