Our systems handle high-volume listing data, real-time search, and transaction workflows where uptime, performance, and data integrity are crucial.We run with a lean, high-accountability approach, where individuals truly own their work and have a direct impact on the business.ROLE SUMMARYWe are looking for a Finance Operations Manager with HR coordination duties to oversee the company’s financial functions and support essential HR processes.This role acts as the internal owner of financial operations, responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, disciplined processes, and operational reliability. You will work closely with external partners (CPA, payroll, HR vendors) while maintaining internal control over financial workflows.This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who blends precision with operational ownership and ongoing improvement.WHAT YOU’LL DOFinance Operations (Primary)Manage AP/AR, invoicing, collections, expense tracking, and cash flow.Lead the GAAP-compliant monthly closing process in coordination with the external CPA.Maintain financial records, controls, and audit preparedness.Prepare monthly financial reports, including budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analyses.Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting procedures.Manage subscription revenue accounting (ASC 606) and deferred revenue tracking.Ensure lease accounting compliance (ASC 842).Coordinate tax, audit, and compliance documentation.Enhance the efficiency of financial processes, controls, and reporting.Assist with payroll coordination and reconciliation.HR Operations (Secondary)Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.Maintain HR records and ensure compliance tracking.Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and HR providers.Support recruitment coordination and offer processes.Support compensation and performance processes.Ensure compliance with HR laws across multiple states (including Texas).Operational & Executive SupportProvide financial insights and reports to leadership.Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and employee information.Identify cross-departmental process improvements in finance and HR.Ensure data consistency across financial and HR systems.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCESOver 6 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.Experience preferred in SaaS or subscription-based environments.Strong understanding of GAAP, monthly closing, and financial reporting.Experience collaborating with CPA firms, payroll providers, and HR vendors.Knowledge of ASC 606 (revenue recognition) required.Experience with ASC 842 (lease accounting) preferred.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a lean environment.Systems & ToolsQuickBooks or similar accounting platforms.ADP Run (or equivalent payroll systems).BambooHR (or similar HRIS systems).Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel (advanced proficiency).Standard business tools like Slack, Zoom, and others.WHY JOIN DYNACONNECTIONS?High-impact position with direct responsibility for finance operationsLean organization offering transparency into executive decision-makingOpportunity to improve and refine core business processesReliable SaaS platform with lasting client partnershipsBENEFITSCompetitive compensation and equity eligibility401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife, AD&D, and long-term disability coverageGenerous PTO, sick leave, and holidaysProfessional development and conference supportApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
