Dubai-based private credit / alternative investment firm in Dubai is expanding its Finance team and is looking to appoint three high-calibre finance professionals across different levels.Newly Qualified Accountant Newly qualified ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / ACCA or equivalent.Strong grounding in financial accounting, reporting and audit.Ideally trained within a recognised accounting firm or financial services environment.Strong Excel, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager – 2 PositionsQualified ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / ACCA or equivalent.Approximately 5–10 years’ relevant experience, depending on level.Experience within private credit, private equity, investment management, alternative investments, asset management, family office or broader financial services highly desirable.Strong financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, audit and financial control experience.Exposure to fund structures, investment entities, SPVs and/or portfolio reporting would be advantageous.Commercial, hands-on professionals comfortable operating within a lean and entrepreneurial investment environment.
