Job Title: Reporting & Business Partnering ManagerDepartment: FinanceLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to join a dynamic finance team. This role will play a critical part in delivering accurate financial reporting, providing commercial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving finance transformation initiatives.The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring the integrity of financial information while partnering with business leaders to improve financial performance and support organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI performance packs.Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Support statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and annual external audit processes.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.Partner with business units to provide financial insights, commercial analysis, and decision support.Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, commercial proposals, and strategic initiatives.Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities.Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations, and profitability assessments.Monitor working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity.Lead reporting automation and finance digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms, and financial data governance.Promote data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.6–10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting.Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar.Experience in finance transformation, reporting automation, or digital finance initiatives.Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.Preferred BackgroundExperience within large corporate organizations, real estate, construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or other project-driven industries will be highly regarded.If you are passionate about transforming financial reporting into meaningful business insights and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic decisions, we encourage you to apply.
