Finance Specialist

We are supporting a well-established international organisation in the search for an experienced International Finance Specialist to oversee the financial management, reporting and compliance of its international operations.Reporting directly to the Chairman, this is a hands-on position combining financial control, regulatory compliance, management reporting and commercial finance.Key responsibilities includePreparing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecastsMonitoring cash flow, profitability and financial performanceOverseeing UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and statutory complianceCoordinating audits and liaising with external advisersStrengthening financial controls, systems and reporting processesSupporting international growth and expansionPresenting financial insights to the Chairman and senior managementUsing automation, AI and digital tools to improve finance operationsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong UAE tax knowledge and experience supporting multiple entities or international operations.A combination of UK and UAE experience would be highly advantageous.
