قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThis position is open to Saudi nationals onlyKey ResponsibilitiesReview customer credit history and perform credit evaluations prior to order releaseAssess creditworthiness of new customers and recommend appropriate credit limits and payment termsOpen and maintain customer accounts in the system, ensuring all documentation and approvals are completedConduct periodic credit reviews for existing customers (every 6 months or as required)Monitor collections performance and ensure achievement of monthly targetsFollow up on overdue accounts and support collection effortsVisit customers when necessary for reconciliation, credit evaluation, and collection supportEnsure regular balance confirmations and maintain accurate account reconciliationsPrepare and share weekly aging reports and monthly Statements of Account (SOA)Coordinate with external collection agencies on overdue accountsReview and process credit notes in alignment with Sales and Finance teamsEnsure proper clearance of sales representatives in relation to collections and documentationCollaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve disputes and unblock ordersLead and supervise the credit team, assign portfolios, and monitor daily performanceEnsure adherence to company credit policies, internal controls, and approval authoritiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field5–7 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivableMinimum 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership roleExperience in lubricant, FMCG, automotive, or distribution sectors is preferredStrong understanding of credit risk assessment, aging analysis, and collection processesProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP) and advanced Excel skillsStrong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusKey SkillsCredit evaluation & risk managementCollections & receivables managementCustomer account reconciliationTeam leadership & performance managementNegotiation & communication skillsReporting & data analysisERP systems & Excel proficiencyProblem-solving & attention to detailKPIsCollection performance vs. targetReduction in overdue balancesImprovement in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Accuracy and timeliness of aging reportsCompletion rate of credit reviewsOrder release turnaround timeNumber of unresolved disputesWork EnvironmentThis role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
