Finance Specialist

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive financial certification preparation training programs for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.Translate complex finance, wealth, and investment standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.Stay updated of the latest financial market developments, wealth management pronouncements, and interpretations, integrating them into existing training content and developing new modules as needed.Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging financial and investment concepts.Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project managers, finance departments) to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Relevant professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CISI, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CFA).Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting financial frameworks, preferably with a significant portion in a training or instructional role.Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high-quality training programs on complex financial and wealth management topics.Advanced knowledge of current wealth management standards, financial instruments, interpretations, and practical application.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.Able to give and receive constructive feedback.Thorough with meticulous attention to detail in financial concepts and training content.Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English, with delivering training entirely in Arabic.
