The organization is driven by innovation, expanding from module manufacturing into system integration and turnkey power solutions for diverse applications.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Finance Specialist will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making. This role will involve maintaining accurate accounting records, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support audits, and contribute to cost optimization and efficiency initiatives. The position requires regular reporting to management and participation in financial planning activities related to solar projects and ongoing operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger management.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data to provide clear insights and recommendations.Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting financial information, and supporting decision-makers.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and familiarity with relevant accounting standards.Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or project-based industries is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
