Together with operations in Germany, the United States, Japan, Singapore and China, Plumino supplies high-quality ingredients to the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and biotechnology industries.We are committed to innovation, quality and sustainable biotechnology solutions.Our ProductsOur products are widely used in:Pharmaceutical APIsPharmaceutical excipientsCell culture mediaFoods for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP)Nutritional ingredientsFood ingredientsCosmetic raw materialsKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial AccountingHandle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and bank transactions.Review and process invoices, expense claims and supporting financial documents.Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow information.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and support cash flow management.Maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.Support VAT, tax and other statutory reporting requirements in cooperation with external tax advisors.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and other professional service providers when required.Management Accounting & Business SupportSupport the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial forecasts.Prepare monthly management reports and provide explanations for major budget and actual variances.Assist with cost analysis, expense monitoring and financial performance analysis.Track departmental and company expenses and support cost control initiatives.Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.Assist in developing and improving internal financial reporting processes and management accounting tools.Support financial planning and business analysis for the European operations.Group Reporting & Cross-Border CoordinationPrepare financial information and reports required by the Group headquarters.Coordinate with the Group Finance team and other international entities on accounting and reporting matters.Ensure timely and accurate communication of financial information between the European company and headquarters.Support intercompany reconciliation and other cross-border finance activities.Assist in improving finance processes, internal controls and reporting efficiency as the European business continues to grow.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.2–3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting or a similar role.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting and month-end closing.Interest in developing further in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.Experience with German accounting practices, HGB, VAT or German tax-related processes is an advantage.Experience working with ERP or accounting systems; SAP experience is a plus.Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with financial data.Good analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with an international team.Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.Good command of English is required.German language skills are an advantage.Why Join Plumino?At Plumino, you will have the opportunity to:Work in an international biotechnology companyCollaborate with colleagues across Europe, Asia and North AmericaParticipate in global quality-improvement initiativesGain exposure to pharmaceutical and food ingredient quality systemsDevelop practical experience in GMP, audits, CAPA and regulatory complianceTake on responsibilities aligned with your experience and career levelBuild your career within a rapidly growing biotechnology organizationReceive a competitive salary and career-development opportunitiesHow to ApplyPlease send your English CV to:Christina.Yu@plumino.comPlease use the following email subject:Application – Chinese-Speaking QA Specialist/Manager – [Your Name]Learn More About UsWebsite:https://www.plumino.com/LinkedIn:https://www.linkedin.com/company/plumino-precision-fermentation-europe-gmbh/Employment Type: Full-timeIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology Research, Chemical Manufacturing and Food Ingredients
