Finance Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Finance Specialist to join our team at our Headquarters in Etiler, Istanbul.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields,Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or related functions,Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes,Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank transactions, and reconciliation processes,Experience in or familiarity with internal and external audit processes,Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to actively use English in daily business operations,Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills,Strong organizational and follow-up skills,Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,Eagerness to learn, develop, and take responsibility in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily finance operations and follow up on financial transactionsFollow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable processesMonitor payments, collections, bank transactions, and reconciliationsAssist in cash flow tracking and daily financial planning activitiesSupport the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reportsAssist in budget preparation and actual vs. budget comparisonsPrepare financial data, tables, and basic analyses for management reportingSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCheck and follow up on accounting records and supporting documents in coordination with the accounting teamParticipate in internal and external audit processes and prepare the requested financial documents, reconciliations, and supporting dataFollow up on audit-related requests and provide necessary information to the relevant teamsSupport communication with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders when requiredUse English actively in communication with international stakeholders and in finance-related processesSupport KPI reporting and financial performance monitoringAssist the finance team with ad-hoc analyses and projects.
