Acting as a single point of contact for hardware and software, Agrius IT offers yearly support contracts, post-warranty maintenance, lifecycle extension, and recycling solutions to meet evolving infrastructure needs.Role Description The Finance Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and reports to support management decisions and operational planning. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, tracking expenses and revenues, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies. The Finance Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support audits, assist in forecasting and financial modeling, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial efficiency and controls. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, responding to finance-related inquiries, and supporting compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.Qualifications Strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with budgeting, general ledger management, and financial controls.Ability to analyze and interpret Financial Statements, with solid Analytical Skills for variance analysis and data-driven decision support.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and familiarity with standard accounting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements and experience supporting audits or compliance activities.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in IT services, data center operations, or related industries is a plus.
