Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist for our client operating in the manufacturing industry, for whom we provide consulting services.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior managementSupport budgeting and financial planning processesConduct income and expense analyses and monitor financial performanceMonitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial operationsAct as a liaison between the accounting team in Turkey and the overseas finance management teamDevelop and improve financial reporting processesAnalyze data obtained from ERP and reporting systems and present findings to managementSupport internal and external audit processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldPreferably 4-7 years of experience in financeHands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong command of Logo ERP systems, including Tiger Enterprise, Tiger 3 Enterprise, Go3, and NetsisExcellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1-C2 level)Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a results-driven and solution-focused approach to workAdecco is a private employment agency licensed by İŞKUR under License No. 442, dated 27.12.2025.
