Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, (Master’s degree is a plus)5+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, or controllingStrong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reportingGood understanding of IFRS and local regulationsHands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systemsAdvanced MS Excel and reporting skillsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsGood command of English, both written and spoken, is preferredExperience in retail and/or real estate development sectors is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processesPrepare detailed financial analyses and management reportsMonitor cash flow and working capital performanceConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to managementSupport tax planning and compliance processesAssist in coordinating internal and external auditsContribute to IFRS reporting and group consolidation processesIdentify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost optimization
