This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to support decision-making. The Finance Specialist will handle accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role includes monitoring budgets, tracking expenditures for productions, and providing financial insights to management and project teams. The Finance Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in Accounting and hands-on experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.Ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze Financial Statements in line with applicable standards.Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting financial information clearly.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is an advantage.Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments is preferred.Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic, creative environment.
