Finance Staff

In this role, you'll support a variety of finance and operational processes, ensuring transactions, records, and day-to-day business activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levelsMaintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrityInvestigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholdersRespond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround timesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activitiesPerform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and complianceSupport ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiativesContribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targetsIs This You?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldEnglish proficiency of CEFR B2 or aboveWilling to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidaysWilling to be based in BSD and/or JakartaStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accuratelyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholdersExperience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services through full-time work, internships, or relevant academic projectsExperience in processing high volumes of transactions or operational tasksFamiliarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or business operation platformsExperience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environmentBe Part of ATI's JourneyAt ATI Business Group, we bring unparalleled knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry to every aspect of our clients' businesses.
