We’relooking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead to join our lean, high-energy team and takeownership of our finance operations.Roles & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timelymonth-end/year-end financial closures.• Oversee reconciliations across marketplaces, payment gateways, receivables, payables, settlements, andrevenue-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while coordinating with auditors,consultants, and regulatory authorities.• Prepare MIS, financial reports, variance analysis, and business insights to support management in strategicdecision-making.• Drive process improvements by implementing financial controls, automation initiatives, and best accountingpractices to enhance operational efficiency.• Mentor and guide the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamlinefinance processes and support business growth.Requirements:• 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with mandatory experience in a D2C, E-commerce, orFMCG company.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, statutorycompliances, and audit processes.• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP/accounting systems, with hands-on experience in MISreporting and financial analysis.• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Qualification: CA / CA Final / Semi-qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience
