Finance Technical Support, Analyst

Master Works is seeking a Technical Support & Finance Team Enablement professional with 5 years of experience to provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. The role will support ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, change management, and finance function automation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiencyAct as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistanceSupport complex Excel functions and productivity toolsResolve Windows OS-related technical issuesManage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and final implementation supportIf required, get an admin user on ERP system and database to support internally for Finance requirementsSupport identifying and releasing budget reportsSupport data gathering and releasing budget reportsSupport automation solutions for any manual Finance processesRequirements5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablementTechnical support experience within Finance functionsExperience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistanceKnowledge of ERP systems and databasesAbility to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administrationStrong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functionsExperience resolving Windows OS-related technical issuesExperience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting and submission through implementation supportExperience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activitiesAbility to support automation solutions for manual Finance processesJob Location: Client Site
