We collaborate with global clients through strategic outsourcing partnerships, offering professionals meaningful work, growth opportunities, and exposure to complex, real-world challenges.OVERVIEWWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to support our Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, expense management, and compliance activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations and is ideal for a commerce/finance graduate looking to build practical accounting skills and grow within a professional environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting & Bookkeeping: Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Invoice & Billing: Assist with preparing and processing customer and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate billing details, proper documentation, timely submission, and maintaining updated records of invoices and billing transactions. Reconciliation: Assist with bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with the concerned teams for resolution. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of daily, monthly, and periodic MIS/financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Expense & Documentation Management: Assist in tracking company expenses, reimbursements, and payment records while maintaining proper financial documentation and filing. Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and audit-related activities by preparing relevant records and supporting documents. Finance Team Support: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related requirements and provide general support to the Finance & Accounts team as assigned.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes. Knowledge of Tally is required; familiarity with other accounting software will be an advantage. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Prior training or work experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be considered an advantage.Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in Finance/Accounts will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a corporate and team-oriented environment.
