About the Role:This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about finance and looking to build a career in financial consulting. The trainee will support the consulting team and may attend client meetings, so we're looking for someone confident with a strong foundation in finance.Responsibilities:Support the consulting team with financial analysis, modeling, and reporting for client engagementsAssist in preparing financial statement reviews, valuation summaries, and market researchParticipate in client meetings and help prepare materials/presentations for client discussionsConduct research on industry trends, financial benchmarks, and company performance dataSupport due diligence and financial assessment tasks under senior consultants' guidancePrepare Excel-based analyses, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and client useCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverablesTake notes and follow up on action items from client meetings when requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldSolid understanding of core finance concepts (financial statements, ratio analysis, valuation basics)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plusExcellent communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishProfessional demeanor and confidence to interact with clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented consulting environmentPrior internship experience in finance or consulting is a plus, but not required What You'll GainReal-world exposure to consulting projects, direct client interaction, and mentorship from a team invested in your growth, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
