Finance Treasury Manager

Our platform enables businesses to accept payments, move funds globally, and access banking capabilities through a single integrated solution.As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Finance & Treasury Manager to take ownership of our treasury operations, cash management and financial processes. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of our global operations, ensuring liquidity, efficiency, and control across multiple markets and banking partners.You will have these main objectives:• Manage day-to-day fiat liquidity positions across multiple partners and currencies; prepare daily/weekly, monthly liquidity forecasts.• Manage digital asset treasury: wallet balances, exchange liquidity positions and stablecoins across supported chains.• Monitor and rebalance liquidity positions across settlement, payouts, and withdrawals.• Own relationships with partners and providers for fund flows.• Partner with Tech on automated reconciliation tooling• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between provider and internal systems.• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly profitability reporting and ensure that correct commercials are applied to customers and applied by the providers. Raise any discrepancy with relevant teams immediately.• Overseeing profit and loss reports at customer, business segment and market levels.• Work with Sales and Account Management team and update revenue budgets, forecasts and variance analysis vs actuals.• Assist with pricing models.• Support month-end close.• Prepare management reporting on treasury positions, FX exposure, and currency holdings.• Provide input for new markets and product launches involving new currencies, chains, or payment rails.• Build scalable processes and dashboards as transaction volumes grow.• Researching changing industry regulations to maintain compliance.You will be a good fit if you:• Have a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or a Membership in aProfessional Accounting body, with strong analytical and data-gathering skills• 6+ years in Finance/Treasury, with at least 3+ years of direct exposure to digital assets.• Proven experience managing multi-currency (especially stablecoins) cash flow and provider relationships.• Strong understanding of treasury fundamentals: cash forecasting, netting off, FX risk and liquidity management.• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals: wallets, custody models stablecoins, on- chain vs. off-chain settlement.• Experience working in a regulated payments or fintech environment preferred.• High attention to detail and comfort operating with strong controls in a fast-moving environment.• Ability to communicate clearly with both traditional finance stakeholders and technical teams.• Strong ownership mentality, comfortable being the point person for Finance & Treasury.• Knowledge and experience with AI tools for automation of reporting and forecasting.• Have strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.• Are comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
