These guidelines underpin an ethical, inclusive, human-centered approach designed to enhance quality of life for people with disability.We’re looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Adelaide team and support the financial systems, controls and processes behind our services.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Accountant will support Tibii’s day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain accurate, timely and compliant financial processes.This is a hands-on role covering accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, month-end reporting, payroll support, NDIS claiming and financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end processes, reporting, accruals and reconciliationsManage accounts receivable and assist with debtor managementProcess supplier invoices, employee expenses and credit card reconciliationsPrepare payment runs and maintain accurate supplier recordsComplete daily bank reconciliationsRaise customer and intra-group invoices and follow up overdue accountsPrepare and submit NDIS claims through PRODA/PACEMaintain accurate ledgers, financial records and audit-ready workpapersSupport payroll reconciliation, superannuation, PAYG and STP processesAssist with BAS preparation and other accounting requirementsWork with internal and external stakeholders on payments and funding mattersContribute to continuous improvement of Tibii’s finance processes and systemsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent3+ years’ practical finance, bookkeeping or assistant accounting experienceExperience with double-entry bookkeeping, BAS preparation, payroll and bank reconciliationsProficiency with Xero, MYOB or a similar accounting platformIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial recordsClear communication skills and confidence working with non-finance stakeholdersExperience with NDIS pricing and PRODA/PACE claiming, or the ability to learn these processes quicklyHighly RegardedTertiary qualifications in Accounting or FinanceExperience within an NDIS provider, disability, aged care or community services organisationKnowledge of the SCHADS AwardExperience with participant/client fundsExperience supporting external audits or NDIS Commission reviewsProgress toward CA, CPA or IPA membershipPre-employment RequirementsThe successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain:NDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckAustralian right-to-work verificationSatisfactory reference checksJoin TibiiThis is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where strong financial systems directly support the quality and sustainability of services delivered to people with disability.If you’re an experienced finance professional looking for your next opportunity in Adelaide, we’d love to hear from you.ow to ApplyPlease send your CV and cover letter directly to:📩 e.samieyan@tibii.com.auEmail subject: Tibii-Financial-role
