قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجResponsibilitiesBe responsible for full-cycle accounting of the company in accordance with local Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, including preparing accounting vouchers, posting entries, reconciling intercompany accounts, allocating expenses, and accurately calculating revenue, costs and various expenses to ensure authenticity and integrity of accounting records.Organize and file all types of vouchers, account books and financial documents; complete month-end and quarter-end closing on schedule, prepare basic financial statements, and provide fundamental financial data for management analysis. Manage receivables and payables, regularly reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable and internal intercompany balances, and follow up on clearing outstanding balances.Conduct daily tax-related accounting, support tax declaration and invoice management, reconcile tax-related accounting data, and provide financial documents for external tax authorities and audit firms. Strictly implement the company’s financial policies, review expense reimbursement documents and verify their compliance.Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization and reconciliation. Support month-end and year-end closing as well as physical inventory checks, promptly identify and report accounting discrepancies, and complete other accounting-related tasks assigned by supervisors.QualitiesMajor in Accounting is preferred.1–2 years of full-cycle accounting hands-on experience at local Indonesian enterprises. Prior experience in accounting for auto finance, financial leasing, or microcredit businesses is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates may be recruited as Accounting Assistants for on-the-job training.Fluent written and spoken Indonesian; able to independently prepare accounting vouchers and accounting explanations, and conduct basic business communication.Familiar with Indonesian PSAK accounting standards, DJP electronic invoices (e-Faktur), and accounting treatment of conventional tax types. Proficient in ERP financial systems and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for accounting ledgers. Understanding of accounting logic for interest receivable, asset impairment and collateral vehicles in the financial industry.Meticulous, strong sense of principle, zero tolerance for accounting errors; able to work overtime periodically during month-end and quarter-end closing; strong execution capability.Strictly maintain confidentiality of financial accounting, capital and cost data. No adverse employment records including accounting fraud, bill fraud, fund misappropriation or similar misconduct.
