If you're looking for a role where your contribution is visible and your career can grow alongside the business, I'd love to hear from you.Key RequirementsEssentialFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Hands-on accounting experience with a good grasp of core accounting principlesComfortable with accounting/ERP systems and confident using ExcelStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsClear communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance colleaguesAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesDesirableAround 1–2 years' post-qualification experienceExperience preparing month-end or year-end accountsFamiliarity with IFRS/GAAP or other relevant accounting standardsInterest in process improvement or systems projectsKey ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis against budgetSupport preparation of statutory financial statements in line with relevant accounting standardsMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, resolving discrepancies promptlySupport compliance with tax legislation and internal financial policiesAssist with statutory audits, liaising with external auditors as neededIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processesProvide financial insight and support to colleagues across the business
