Capital Round is committed to using its expertise to help organizations solve business challenges efficiently and add lasting value.Role Description The Financial Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The individual in this role will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, and alignment with regulatory requirements in the UAE and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining general ledgers, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and intercompany accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Financial Accountant will handle financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, assist with tax computations and filings, and support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to queries. The role also involves using accounting software to streamline bookkeeping, performing analytical reviews to identify variances and trends, and collaborating with consultants to support client-focused accounting and compliance solutions.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements.Proficient Analytical Skills to perform variance analysis, assess financial performance, and support decision-making.Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and general accounting processes, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.Understanding of UAE tax environment (VAT and corporate tax) and familiarity with audit and compliance requirements is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are preferred.High level of attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-focused environment.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Dubai.Immediate availability to join is mandatory.Candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
