The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting within the UAE real estate industry and be knowledgeable in UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations.Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Prepare and file UAE VAT returns.Record and reconcile property sales, rental income, commissions, and other real estate transactions.Process agent commissions and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with budgeting, audits, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.Mandatory experience in a UAE real estate company.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
