The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial guidance to clients, including assessing their financial goals, analyzing current financial situations, and recommending suitable Takaful and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, preparing financial plans, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting clients in retirement and risk management planning. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following regulatory and Shariah-compliance requirements, and staying current on market trends and product updates. The Financial Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams, use digital platforms to manage client relationships, and proactively follow up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to develop comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Investments expertise to analyze options and recommend suitable solutions.Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills to conduct needs analysis, provide guidance, and build trusted client relationships.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse clients.Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.Relevant certifications or licenses in financial services or Takaful, and prior experience in financial advising or insurance, are beneficial.A diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with Shariah-compliant financial products.
