Day-to-day tasks include meeting with individuals and families, assessing their financial goals and protection needs, and developing tailored plans covering savings, investments, retirement, and risk management. The role involves explaining Janashakthi products in clear, accessible language, preparing proposals, and supporting clients through policy onboarding and ongoing service. The Financial Advisor will maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular reviews to adjust plans as circumstances change, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation. This position also includes identifying new business opportunities within the community, attending local outreach or promotional activities, and staying updated on insurance and financial market trends.Qualifications Ability to provide comprehensive Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services that align with client goals and risk profiles.Sound understanding of Finance and Investments to explain options and recommend suitable life insurance-linked and other financial solutions.Skills in Retirement Planning to help clients structure long-term income and protection strategies.Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.Comfort working with numbers, basic financial analysis, and digital tools or CRM systems.Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.Education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial; relevant professional certifications will be an added plus.Willingness to work on-site in Pilimathalawa and engage actively with the local community.
