Financial Advisory Associate/Senior

We are seeking a motivated Associate / Senior Associate to join our growing Financial Advisory team.This role provides exposure to a wide range of advisory engagements involving businesses at different stages of their lifecycle, from growth and transaction opportunities to restructuring situations and stakeholder-led matters. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skillset across financial analysis, business advisory, transaction support and special situations, while working directly with experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environmentKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyse financial statements, cash flows, business performance and operating trends.Conduct financial, market and commercial research to support client engagements.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.Gather, verify and analyse financial and operational information from various stakeholders.Perform financial modelling and data analysis.Support the execution of advisory engagements and ensure timely completion of project milestones.Ensure work is completed in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.Provide administrative support for ongoing engagements.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information and draw meaningful insights.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Comfortable with Copilot.
