MINDPICKED is a new generation recruitment firm providing companies solutions in their search for talent, and talents opportunities who wants to reach their potential.We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.We are looking for a Financial Affairs Manager – Çerkezköy for our leading multinational client.Job DescriptionLeading and managing the end-to-end financial reporting process, including record compilation, month-end closing, reconciliations, financial result analysis and internal and external reporting,Ensuring the timely preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports,Preparing monthly and annual management reports and presentations for the executive board, shareholders and lenders, including monthly IFRS financial statements and channel, customer and SKU-based P&L analyses,Monitoring and controlling the budget and cash flow, and preparing cash flow statements,Analyzing financial information, including revenues, expenditures and cash management, to ensure operations remain within budget,Identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial results on a monthly basis, communicating findings to function heads and following up with actionable insights,Liaising with banks, auditors and government representatives regarding reporting and regulatory requirements,Performing financial analyses to support management decision-making,Ensuring that accounting standards and statutory requirements are properly applied and reviewing compliance accordingly.QualificationsMBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field,Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and financial management,Certified Public Accountant qualification is a plus,Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards,Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint,Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail,Effective communication and coordination skills,Strong analytical skills.
