The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide insights that help drive organizational growth and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Monitor company financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgeted projections.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes.Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities.Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.Assist in preparing management presentations and executive reports.Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational metrics.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.Support audits, compliance activities, and special finance projects as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role.Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.CPA, CFA, or progress toward professional certification is a plus.Experience in a corporate finance, banking, or consulting environment.
