Financial Analyst

This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.What you will do: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Play a key role in supporting the business with budgeting and variance analysis processes Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights Communicate effectively with stakeholders in multiple regions Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the AmericasRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA is a plus) Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/financial modeling skills Proficiency in MS Office products (esp. Excel, Power BI) and experienced with accounting systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage Highly organized with a great attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) Working experience in SAAS technology company is an advantageBenefits Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
